This was fabulous to view as it was so clear and is a very good reminder of how powerful agreements can be when made in relationship with others and oneself.
If agreements are broken, do we then share with the person or people with whom they have been broken, how we feel about that and what we want as a result of how we are feeling? Or do we just poke them in the eye?.......... Just kidding.

Did I ever need to see this bonus video. I have been an analyzer. I thought I was trying to help the person see what they needed to see. I have experienced pain bodies in relationships but I have not understood what they were until watching your first two videos . Looking forward to the next two.

This has many keys for successful communication strategies in relationships. I wish I had the list right here in front of me to refer to. I already used the "what I am feeling and what I want" last night and I found it interesting that my partner only heard what I was feeling and not what I wanted until I repeated it. Anyway, thanks so much. This is juicy stuff!

I loved this! So refreshing! This is information I have not heard anywhere. So easy to understand and will be natural to implement. I'm looking forward to focusing on coming into my joy and my heart and asking myself, "Have I lived? Have I loved? Have I mattered?" and communicating what I feel and want rather than what I am thinking. I am also going to enjoy finding out what others feel and want rather than what they are thinking. Thank you for so much practical advice. There is so much love in this.

WoWWW!!!!
I just had a revelation!!
I am still not sure if I am "on the spot", but here it is: when you were talking about sharung your feelings I was so "pumped up" and hapy, and imediately I wanted to have a chance to share that with my husband, and my children, as if when they hear/see you talking about that "stuff" , they will understand me and themselves better, and somehow, magically it will transform our relationships for better forever!!!
BUT!!!Almost immediately after that came: FEAR!! Like; no, they won't want to see it they don't want me to share anything so important to me with them , they will refuse me!! And I felt like a little child , where I was always feeling :"they don't understand me, they don't believe me, they don't trust me.." don't believe IN me!!!

I stayed with that feeling for a bit , with huge cry coming for a while, and I realized: It is Me who doesn't trust myself, it is Me who doesn't believe me , it is I who needs convincing!!!

And all this from just a few minutes of staying with my feelings!!! ..and I mean I was doing all sorts of "self -improving" techniques, like EFT, afirmations, Law of attraction, , little meditation, doing psychology work... before, and I thought I knew myself!!!
THank you Christian!!!! thank you 10 0000 times!!! I feel like I owe you a lot!!! Not for just this evening revelation , but for all your insights so far!!! Your input is always so fresh, energized, authentic, and original!!! And GENUINE!!

I just simply admire your work!!
